    • In person at a location convenient for you, or

    • Online through Remote Online Notarization (RON) for Florida based clients.

    All documents are reviewed to ensure that they have been signed /notarized correctly, and returned promptly to the appropriate parties.

    Deposits

    In order to secure your appointment, a deposit is required. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.

    • $25 deposit for notary services

    Payment Policy

    After your documents have been reviewed, an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent. The full balance must be paid before services are provided.

  • For in-person notarizations, please ensure that you bring:

    • A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport)

    • The document(s) requiring notarization

    • Any necessary witnesses (or let us know if you need witness services). Please ask about our Witness Services

    If your notarization will occur via Remote Online Notarization (RON), please have a government-issued ID and access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera.

  • Yes, to respect the time and travel of our notaries, the following cancellation policy is in effect:

    Cancellations made more than 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment - no fee. We can also discuss rescheduling needed.

    Cancellations made less than (2) hours of your scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund.

    No shows or cancellations upon arrival - no refund of deposit

    Loan Signing Appointments - Cancellations less than 4 hours prior to appointment may incur a fee of $50 to cover prep and blocked schedule time.

    • State driver license or ID

    • US or foreign passport (with USCIS stamp)

    • US Armed Forces, VA or USCISID

    • Inmate ID

    • Credible Witness affidavit (if no ID)

    Remote Online Notarizations:

    • ID presentation

    • Personal knowledge

    • Credential analysis

    • Identity proofing

    Important Notes

    All IDs must be current or issued within the last 5 years

    Expired IDs (unless within th 5 year window) are not permitted

    Credible witnesses are only permitted for in-person notarizations

    For RON, identity must be verified via technology - credible witnesses are not permitted.
